Shift Details:

1st Shift:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, $17.50/hr

2nd Shift:
Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM, $19.25/hr

Job Purpose:


As a member of the Fulfillment Team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the precise selection, packaging, and dispatching of top-quality products.

Working under the guidance of the Fulfillment Team Lead, your contributions will be vital in upholding our dedication to quality and efficiency, directly influencing customer satisfaction and operational cost-effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Collaborate regularly with the Team Leader to receive and clarify daily work assignments, ensuring a clear understanding and execution of tasks.

2. Efficiently manage inventory to meet production goals, avoiding both excess and shortages.
3. Skillfully load products onto pallets following standardized procedures, preparing them for shipping or staging with accuracy.
4. Execute detailed tagging and labeling tasks, ensuring products are ready for the subsequent steps in the distribution process.
5. Participate in special projects as required, contributing to team efforts and adhering to project timelines.
6. Maintain all necessary documentation, records, and paperwork, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
7. Uphold the highest standards of workplace safety and cleanliness, adhering to all safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements.

Qualifications:
Experience or certification in forklift operation is highly desirable.
Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is required. Candidates should be familiar with warehouse operations, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of effective teamwork.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, comprehend routine documentation, and engage in basic communication within the organization.
Capable of addressing both structured and unstructured challenges with effective solutions.
Must be physically able to stand, walk, and manually handle materials up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
