Staff-Up is hiring a Product Support Specialist in Mequon
- Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
- Pay: $18.50/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Customer Care team with order processing and monitoring queues.
- Provide technical support to diagnose issues and manage cases.
- Respond to customer inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
- Process warranty inquiries and manage replacement/repair orders.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and liaise with internal teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills and product knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous troubleshooting and customer support experience preferred.
