Responsibilities:

⦁ Create and/or maintain accurate, up to date project and work plans in a format (e.g., JIRA, Excel, etc.) that depicts the key activities, progress of those activities, and dependencies.

⦁ Use best practices and industry standards to write formal business requirements for most projects while collaborating with internal teams to fine tune solutions and meet deadlines.

⦁ Identify gaps in business, workflow and technical processes and collaborate to devise and propose solutions, owning the process of managing the project from requirements to delivery.

⦁ Lead technical and business meetings, driving stakeholders from both audiences to the right solutions for the business.

⦁ Identify goals and milestones across multiple projects and internal groups, and drive stakeholders simultaneously to keep projects on target and complete on time and on budget.

⦁ Use best practices to write use cases and execute all UAT testing.

⦁ Prepare and deliver regular project summaries with clear and concise presentations and/or written updates, timelines, objectives, scope, and strategy details to multiple layers of internal & external stakeholders.

⦁ Create and/or maintain accurately, up to date Product Maintenance tools and repositories. Materials clearly and accurately reflect product information (e.g., roadmap, releases planned, how features work, changes that will be implemented).

⦁ Materials clearly and accurately describe an issue, dependencies, workaround(s) available, status of progress toward resolution, escalation process and/or any other information related to an issue or risks encountered in a product/project (including defects).

⦁ Produce ad hoc reports that clearly and accurately reflect the information that is presented.

Qualifications:

⦁ Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks with competing priorities.

⦁ Ability to prioritize, organize, and focus effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment.

⦁ Ability to speak the language and bridge the gap between technical developers and business stakeholders.

⦁ Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear, straightforward manner across multiple audiences from C-suite to Managers.

⦁ Ability to show judgment and initiative to accomplish job duties.

⦁ Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with others to achieve goals.

⦁ Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

⦁ Ability to research, digest, analyze, and present material clearly and concisely

Business Analyst / Project management: 5 years (Preferred)
PMP Certification (Preferred)

Work Location: One location; potential for hybrid after initial launch period.
