Job Title: Mid Level Business Data Analyst
Terms: 6 month contract- hire
Hourly rate: $42/hr.
Conversion Salary: $82K
Location: Onsite in Franklin, TN

As a Business Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of a data warehouse and Business Intelligence platform, using ETL tools to extract, transform and load data from various sources and development of reports and data dashboards with industry standard tools (i.e. Power BI, SSRS, or equivalent tools).

Responsibilities:
  • Meet with various stakeholders to determine data requirements.
  • Use determined data requirements to develop reports, dashboards, analytic algorithms, etc., to provide data that can be utilized by the organization to improve clinical outcomes, patient care, and financial performance.
  • Use automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources, removing corrupted data and fixing coding errors and related problems.
  • Perform analysis to assess quality and meaning of data.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Business Analytics and a minimum of two years of related work experience (preferably in a healthcare related industry).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Data Analyst.
  • Minimum of 3 years using SQL for data extraction and analysis.
  • Strong experience in creating interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
