Five Star Bath Solutions is seeking a dynamic and creative Bilingual Design Consultant to join our team on a 1099 basis. We are looking for an individual with a passion for design, exceptional customer service skills, and fluency in both English and Spanish.

Job Description:

As a Bilingual Design Consultant, you will be responsible for providing design expertise and exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking clientele. Your role will include:

Meeting with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
Creating custom bathroom designs using design software.
Presenting design options and explaining product features and benefits.
Preparing detailed estimates and proposals.
Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
Collaborating with the sales team to generate leads and close sales.


Qualifications:

Proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Strong design skills and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Experience in the home improvement or construction industry preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar).
Compensation: Commission-based earning $90K- $180K annually

This is a 1099 commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Top performers have the opportunity to earn substantial income.
