What does the role entail?

We are currently seeking Bilingual Licensed Sales Agents to enhance our Operations Team. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to our business growth by engaging with homeowners and promoting our insurance offerings.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with clients through calls, emails, and texts to assess their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Effectively communicating the unique advantages of Kin's products while addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Working primarily with leads generated by our Marketing team to optimize your sales potential.
  • Following up with prospects through various communication channels to maintain engagement and drive sales.
  • Consistently achieving and surpassing sales goals by employing effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborating with teams across the organization, including underwriters and customer service, to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Customizing insurance policies for each client using our internal tools.
  • Educating clients on the intricacies of home insurance to enhance their understanding.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Kin's products.

What qualifications are necessary?

  • An active Property & Casualty license.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Proven negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a knack for closing deals.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.

Work Schedule:

This position typically operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST, with the flexibility to work one Saturday shift every 4-6 weeks.
