Job Summary:

Martin Systems is searching for a talented and motivated individual to fill our opening for the Project Coordinator – Commercial Installations position at our Green Bay office. This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position. The individual in this role will help to coordinate and schedule our team of Commercial Installation technicians as well as be a key point of contact for our customers. This position requires both a motivated person that is detail oriented and has the ability to work as a team member to ensure superior service to all of our customers. Previous experience in customer service and schedule planning is a must.

Essential functions include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain technician’s daily schedules
  • Proactively follow-up with technicians and contractors to update project status
  • Coordinate and schedule installations for Commercial customers
  • Provide clear and concise communications with department employees and customers
  • Ensure accurate billing information to include CCO’s and ICO’s
  • Ensure schedule A’s are on file before jobs are started 
  • Process change orders 
  • Assist with preparing invoices and timecards for processing
  • Collaborate on special projects throughout company on occasion
  • Work with our Service department to assist with closing times/miscellaneous projects
  • All other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager




Minimum requirements:

  • 2 years of project coordination or project management experience.
  • Successfully pass background check and drug test
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • ‘Whatever it takes’ attitude
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task

  • High proficiency with CRM platforms
  • Excellent verbal skills
  • Professional phone skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Energetic personality
  • Ability to work independently
  • Organizational skills
  • Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
  • Strong computer skills, including tablets and Smart Phones

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
  • Sedentary work that primarily includes sitting/standing
  • Occasional work that may require lifting up to 20 pounds
