We are committed to providing an efficient, on-time, professional experience for our customers.
in this position, you will work in our office 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, usually 0830-1700. You will receive weekly pay of $18-$21 per hour depending on your experience. There is also opportunities to earn more via commission and quarterly profit sharing bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Be a hard worker.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve service issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to lift at least 40 lbs
