  • This role is focused on cultivating relationships with small to large clients within a specified geographic area to secure raw recyclable materials. Our Client Relations Specialists are encouraged to treat their territory as if it were their own enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while achieving personal sales goals.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of the industry and the assigned market area.
  • Utilize company resources to deliver value-added services to clients.
  • Develop robust client relationships that significantly influence pricing and service strategies.
  • Assist management in identifying new market opportunities within the designated area.
  • Proactively seek new business prospects within the territory. Prepare proposals and follow up with clients accordingly.
  • Provide insights on accounts, competition, and the recycling industry landscape.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Candidate Duties
  • Establish new client accounts.
  • Be open to taking on additional responsibilities as necessary.
  • Willingness to travel and work after hours when required.
  • Perform physical tasks as needed, including lifting/moving 75+ lbs.
  • Direct and motivate oneself towards achieving goals.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills while working independently in the field.
  • Manage time effectively to enhance the efficiency of the sales process.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the food industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deliver equipment as required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Physical demands include frequently pushing, pulling, moving, or lifting up to 75 lbs.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Base salary of $55,000 plus bonuses.

Work Schedule
