Client Relations Specialist

Are you skilled at engaging with clients, addressing inquiries, and facilitating the sales process? Our esteemed client, a prominent provider of personal protective equipment (PPE), is in search of a dedicated Client Relations Specialist to lead all customer engagement and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients and manage incoming communications
  • Assist with the flow of walk-in clients
  • Address customer service inquiries via email and other channels
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring a tidy sales environment
  • Uphold a professional appearance at the front desk and adjacent areas
  • Guide clients throughout their purchasing journey
  • Oversee purchase orders, quotations, and returns
  • Regularly review new training modules
  • Examine open order and will-call reports
  • Maintain regular communication with the sales team and clients
  • Handle customer invoicing and assist with order processing
Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Capability to collaborate effectively with team members
  • Highly driven with a focus on achieving targets
  • Proficient in MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Adept at multitasking
  • Familiarity with PPE products is advantageous
Work Schedule:
  • Monday – Friday (standard business hours)
  • Onsite position
