Position Overview:
The Client Services Specialist acts as a vital link between our clientele and the support team. This role is essential in delivering positive and effective service both internally and externally to address and resolve client concerns. Additionally, this position involves providing administrative assistance and support for the call center operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with clients professionally through various communication channels including phone, email, and fax.
• Oversee client accounts, which includes:
• Analyzing accounts to rectify balance discrepancies.
• Performing data entry tasks.
• Processing payments and adjustments.
• Requesting detailed billing statements from clients.
• Confirming insurance eligibility.
• Conducting research and retrieving necessary information from client portals.
• Reviewing bankruptcy notifications.
• Generating comprehensive client reports.
• Executing additional tasks as assigned by management.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in data entry, customer service, administrative functions, collections, and operational tasks.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (familiarity with the software is required, but advanced skills are not necessary).
• Demonstrated good job tenure (at least 2 years in each previous position).
• Strong email communication skills, with an emphasis on professional correspondence.
