We are seeking a Senior HSQE Manager to be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s HSQE programs to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices. This role involves leading HSQE initiatives across all operations, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a strong safety culture throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HSQE management within the maritime or marine services industry, strong leadership skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Senior Manager HSQE Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s HSQE management systems, policies, and procedures in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and oversee HSQE audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.Collaborate with operational teams to integrate HSQE considerations into project planning, execution, and post-operation reviews.
  • Manage incident investigations, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and reporting, to prevent recurrence and improve safety outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver HSQE training programs and workshops to enhance awareness, knowledge, and compliance among employees and subcontractors.
  • Monitor and analyze HSQE performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management and recommending improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Ensure compliance with international, national, and local regulations, including ISM Code, ISO standards, OSHA, and environmental protection laws.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies, clients, and other stakeholders on HSQE matters.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance safety, quality, and environmental performance across all operations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of HSQE professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Senior Manager HSQE Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Safety or a related field
  • 10 years of experience in QA/QC and HSE programs within an industrial, manufacturing, or maritime environment
  • Experience with emergency response, salvage and maritime operations is preferred
