Our newest staffing division in West Tennessee is looking for an experienced Light Industrial Staffing Specialist to join our team. Staffing Specialists/Recruiters identify and match candidates with positions that best fit their work experience. They build relationships with job seekers to gain a deep understanding of their skills and qualities. They also provide a steady flow of workers to clients. We also provide various services to any industry that assists the client with their human resource/workforce challenges. This includes vendor on premise, managed services, payroll transferring and a direct hire specialist focusing on manufacturing, fabrication, supply chain management and field operations positions. Our company requires and pays for Staffing Specialists to earn a staffing certification through the American Staffing Association to further insure our hiring professionals have the most up-to-date knowledge of current employment laws and procedures, as well as business operations and ethics. Pay increase will accompany ASA certification.
