Technical Skills:

Must Have:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Ability to solve moderate scope and complexity problems.
  • Self-driven, motivated, with strong mechanical aptitude.
  • High school diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks and long-term objectives.

Job Description:

  • The Project Coordinator II provides support to the Chemistry and Microbiology Laboratories.
  • Responsibilities include monitoring programs, projects, budgets, and timelines. The role requires knowledge of company operations to help develop, implement, and manage programs, guidelines, and processes.
  • Additional duties involve providing technical support, including training, documentation, data review, and tracking, as well as general organizational and administrative support.

Position Duties:

  • Work under moderate supervision with some autonomy.
  • Perform clerical and administrative tasks, applying prior experience.
  • Contribute to day-to-day objectives, impacting scheduling and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform routine tasks with occasional deviations from standard practice.
  • Make minor adjustments to work methods to address routine issues.
  • Identify concerns/problems and propose solutions.
  • Communicate with internal contacts, providing and obtaining information.
  • May guide and assist team members to ensure team harmony.
