This position supports both our Waukesha and Oconomowoc Clinics with the option to work either 3 or 4 days a week.  NO weekends, NO holidays, and NO on-call hours. Flexibility needed to support our clinic hours:  Monday-Thursdays 7am-6:00pm, and Fridays 7am-4:00pm.  

Position Summary: You are the face of our clinic, responsible for creating a positive first impression for our patients and visitors.

Key responsibilities include the following:

  • Provide excellent customer service to meet individual patient needs, with empathy
  • Register patients for appointments by verifying patient demographics, insurance eligibility and explanation of paperwork
  • Collect payments
  • Appointment scheduling and confirmation
  • Answer and direct inbound phone calls
  • General clerical support


Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in healthcare office or fast-paced, highly interactive customer service environment preferred
  • Computer experience with Microsoft Office required
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and EPIC software preferred but not required
  • Self-motivated, excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills
