Job DescriptionJob Description

Looking for an office administrator to our team to help out with assisting in daily office needs, managing company general administrative activities, quality and purchasing rolls.

Description of Duties:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • inspection of other team members work
  • Process paperwork regarding incoming and outgoing jobs
  • Initiate invoice preparation, assist in revisions, mail, and file as needed
  • Track job hours and material costs
  • Maintain an orderly filing system
  • Provide support to management and ensure efficient office operation
  • Provide general support to customers
  • Packing and Shipping jobs when needed
  • Be comfortable using standard inspection tools , Gages, calipers, CMM desired but not required
  • Included but not limited to inspection of other team member work, shipping and receiving.
  • Work as a team.

Skill:

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
  • Proficiency ERP or MRP system. We are willing to train
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer oriented flexibility with the ability to multitask
  • Cleanliness and organization are also expectations.
  • Attention to detail

Required Education and Experience:

  • An ideal candidate would have 2 or more years of machine shop experience
  • be comfortable using standard inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office for data entry
  • feel comfortable communicating with vendors

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
