Job DescriptionJob Description

This position is highly technical in nature & having experience in the field of metal fabrication/machining is necessary. This is also a fast paced position; candidates can expect to process 30-40 RFQ’s, Quotations and/or Purchase Orders a day.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

Managing incoming Request for Quotes (RFQ) and submitting pricing

Providing timely responses to customer inquiries and maintain general customer satisfaction

Evaluating the customer’s specifications.

Verification and review of customer purchase orders, to ensure accuracy and reduce delays in order processing department.

Handle multiple high-priority tasks on a daily basis.

Complete weekly Open Order reports

Update customer’s parts lists

Filing

 

Skills and Specifications

Good communication & organization skills

Working knowledge of aerospace & military standards.

Organizing, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work as a part of a team.
