We're dedicated to elevating customer experiences through exceptional support and are currently seeking a *Junior Customer Support Assistant* who is passionate about serving our customer and client base with unparalleled dedication. This assistant role is pivotal in our operations department and offers a hybrid work model that seamlessly integrates on-site and remote administration tasks.

*The Role:*

As a Junior Customer Support Assistant, your primary goal will be to ensure every customer and client interaction is handled with the highest level of care and professionalism. You'll be an integral part of our customer support administration team, focusing on:
* Collaborating with our operations team to develop strategies that improve customer and client satisfaction.
* Utilizing your assistant skills in both administration and customer service to analyze customer and client feedback and identify trends.
* Leading customer service initiatives that the administration and assistant teams can implement to improve customer interactions.
* ​​Engaging closely with client accounts across various time zones
* Communicating with customers through text and phone calls to solve inquiries and enhance their experience.
* Assisting customers with queries about their orders
* Gathering and analyzing customer data to address quality issues
* Quickly responding to client requests and resolving customer problems
* Utilizing reports to identify problems and uncover improvement opportunities
* Coaching clients and account managers to optimize operational processes
* Potentially training colleagues in different departments to effectively implement solutions and achieve client goals
* Managing inventory for the sales team

*Your Contribution:*
* Be a champion for the customer and the client, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and expertise.
* Employ your assistant capabilities to streamline administration processes, making our team more effective in customer support.
* Work closely with the operations administration team to implement new policies that enhance the customer experience.
* As an assistant in our administration team, play a key role in customer relationship management and retention strategies.

*Job Requirements:*
* An Associate degree or relevant course/work experience.
* Experience in managing customer escalations.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Capable of analyzing trends and reporting data.
* Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.
* Eager to learn and grow within the company.

*Compensation and Benefits:*
* Competitive hourly base pay, starting between $16-$17 per hour.
