Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial records and transactions using QuickBooks.
  • Assist with contract evaluation and documentation processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and files.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office software.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience using QuickBooks
  • College degree (bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Strong reading and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in contract evaluation and documentation
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
