Commercial Real Estate Investment and Property Management Office.

Seeking experienced administrative assistant and or with bookkeeping skills for all facets of real estate investment/management and office duties. Accounts Payable and Receivable is an added plus.  Bookkeeping skills is an added plus. 

Must be proficient Word and Excel.

Job duties are based upon exp. and skills. Full Time with benefits including health ins. Must have office exp. to apply.

Job description ranges from lease administration, tenant and subcontractor communications. Tenant relations. Property management daily. AP and AR if so desired.

Growth and responsibilities with experience.

QuickBooks exp. is a plus as assisting accounts receivable and payable

  • Provide responsible administrative support
  • Excel and Word proficiency 
  • Perform daily administrative support duties and activities
  • AP/AR if proficient and so desired
  • Undertake general administrative duties with specific projects
  • Accounts Receivable and Accounts payable  
  • Perform secretarial support and administrative duties for business owner and support staff
  • Provide administrative/secretarial support to Administrators and Executive Office and perform diversified administrative and secretarial functions
  • Provide telephone coverage for the administrative office
  • Performing secretarial duties
  • Providing secretarial services and administrative assistance according to established policies and procedures
