We are seeking a Business Development Associate to become an integral part of our team You will gauge sales opportunities and help uncover new opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Find and Connect: Scout out new sales opportunities and connect with potential clients through research, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Customer Champion: Be the go-to person for potential clients, answering questions about our awesome products and services.
  • Support the Sales Team: Help craft winning proposals by providing both commercial and technical input.
  • Sales Drive: Be a key player in developing new business and bringing in fresh deals.
  • Team Up: Work on keeping our quality, safety, and environmental standards top-notch by helping with management system certifications (like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001).

Daily Fun:

  • Lead Generation: Discover and build relationships with potential clients to boost our business.
  • Innovate: Keep looking for ways to improve our services and make our business models even better.
  • Promote: Spread the word about our digital tools and services, showing off how they benefit our clients.
  • Optimize: Spot and jump on opportunities to enhance our performance and processes

What You’ll Own:

  • Sales Support: Drive opportunities for the sales team with your commercial expertise.
  • Know the Plan: Stay in the loop with our business strategy.
  • Proposal Power: Assist in designing and defining the operational structure for maintenance service proposals.
  • Bid Smart: Help review bids and prepare winning proposals with all the right terms.
  • Documentation Master: Keep everything organized and secure in our CRM and customer portals.

Requirements:

  • One day every week onsite with our Louisville, KY team (the rest is work-from-home)
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
