Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Waystar. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and qualify new business leads to achieve sales objectives
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including account management and customer service
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform sales strategies and optimize performance
- Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and other sales materials
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of sales experience in a quota-bearing role
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce CRM software
