**Location:** City of Industry, Los Angeles County, CA

**Salary:** Base $40K-$60K, plus uncapped commissions and bonuses

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain our leadership in the freight forwarding industry.
- Source new sales opportunities through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- Identify key customers and generate interest in our services.
- Negotiate prices and services with customers and vendors.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Receivable Department to ensure timely customer payments.
- Review sales statistics and plan effectively to improve sales performance.
- Achieve sales goals and meet key performance indicators set by the company.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a related field preferred.
- Associate's degree or higher.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with both local and domestic vendors and clients.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
