Your Impact in This Role

  • Manage cash application and credit & collection functions for commercial customers
  • Handle daily cash application and routine order hold approvals
  • Conduct account invoice collection and reconciliation
  • Manage dispute resolution and credit card chargebacks
  • Perform account credit reviews, maintenance, and limit control
  • Evaluate and improve current processes to increase efficiency
  • Process high-volume transactions while ensuring system synchronization
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service on challenging accounts

What You Bring to The Table

  • B2B credit experience (required)
  • Strong investigative skills to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Collections experience (minimum 10 calls/day plus email follow-ups)
  • AR experience, including invoicing and reconciliation
  • Ability to create memos and manage daily focus on 50 accounts
  • Proficiency in SageX3 software and Salesforce (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (open to field of study)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
