LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an experienced accounts receivable professional with a strong B2B collections background. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years if relevant experience along with intermediate Microsoft Excel skills. This position is 100% onsite in the Sharonville, OH area. This position is direct hire and will pay between $20 and $24/hr. depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Contact corporate clients to collect outstanding invoices.
  • Ensure timely payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Reconcile customer accounts.
  • Resolve discrepancies or disputes related to billing and payments.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients via phone, email, and written correspondence.
  • Address and resolve any payment issues.
  • Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports.
  • Identify overdue accounts and prioritize collection efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
  • Document payment arrangements and customer interactions.
  • Work closely with sales and customer service teams.
  • Address issues impacting timely collections.
  • Prepare regular reports on collection activities.
  • Track outstanding accounts and progress towards collection goals.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, with a focus on B2B collections.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
