Job Summary:
The Maintenance Service Coordinator will oversee and manage the scheduling and coordination of our national commercial maintenance services. This role involves working closely with our clients, technicians, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, timely resolution of issues, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule cleaning appointments, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and time.
- Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with field technicians to ensure they have the necessary information and resources for each job.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate service quality, ensuring that all cleaning tasks meet company standards and client expectations.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during service delivery, working to achieve quick and effective solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service appointments, client interactions, and feedback. Prepare reports as needed for management.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all resources are well-maintained and available when needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a coordinator or administrative role, preferably within the facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning industry.
- Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with scheduling software and basic office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality results.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
