Job Summary

The Maintenance Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of Biologics Production and Research and Development facilities. This position is responsible for coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities, ensuring that all equipment meets customer and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of maintenance principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. They will be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
  • Manage inventory and purchasing requirements to ensure adequate supplies and minimize waste.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to maintenance teams, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or maintenance management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance coordination or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance principles and practices, including cGMP and Good Documentation.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
