We are currently seeking an Operations Support Specialist. Shifts will be Monday Thru Friday 7am -4 pm (hours may vary through training). This person would be responsible for tracking and tracing our customers shipments to ensure on-time delivery, inputting information into our database and outbound calls for truck driver's location status. This individual will also verify insurance coverage for our partner carriers.

*After the training period, on-site in our Bedford office, this opportunity may transition to a hybrid position.**
