Job Description:
As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training and onboarding programs across all departments. You will play a crucial role in enhancing employee skills, improving job performance, and supporting our company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Further develop our onboarding programs for new hires
  • Design and deliver department-specific training programs
  • Assess organizational training needs and create targeted learning solutions
  • Develop training materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, and handbooks
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and create tailored training plans
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in learning and development, training, or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Professional certifications such as CPLP or ATD certifications
  • Experience with performance management and talent development
