We seek a full-time Medical Practice Office Manager, Medical Administrator or Medical Supervisor to join and lead our team for this exciting opportunity You will coordinate medical and support staff to optimize efficiency and growth, as we expect to double in size over the next year.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of medical and health service activities and personnel, schedule staff and clinicians
  • Plan and coordinate support services and develop & implement policies
  • Work collaboratively with physicians to ensure workflow completion
  • Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety and staff daily workflow
  • Along with supervising, the manager is expected to also work alongside support staff as needed
  • Support & oversee TMS brain stimulation, ketamine technicians, and do other specialized work such as credentialing, interviewing and hiring, HR and billing issues
  • Onboard new providers and support staff, improve and adminstrate training procedures
  • Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures, train new support staff

​Qualifications:

  • Previous Medical Office Management experience at least 5-7 years in healthcare or other medical leadership
  • Proven experience in a management role
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Typing by touch
  • Up to date vaccinations, compliance with safety procedures
  • Mature, responsible, reliable punctual, quick learner, energetic
  • Good phone skills, takes initiative, intuitive, good with patients
  • Lives within driving distance of Ladera Ranch

Practice Description:

Advanced TMS center is a multispecialty private upscale outpatient group serving OC for over 30 years, needing a long-term working Medical Office Supervisor, Medical Administrator or Medical Office Manager. Experience is required and a 2 year college degree or better is preferred. If you are a leader or manager instead of a follower, this job with a very high level of responsibility is for you
