Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of Clasxic Designs. This role requires a unique blend of sales acumen, marketing knowledge, and an understanding of the graphic design industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients across various industries.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Conduct outreach through cold calling, emailing, and networking events.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on Clasxic Designs' services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the design team.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • 1+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the creative or design industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello,Hive)
  • Strong understanding of the graphic design industry and current trends
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles
