Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an Accounting Clerk/Office Administrator to become an integral part of our team You will compile data, compute charges, and prepare invoices. This is a Contract/Temp to full-time hire position.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in documenting processes and procedures
  • Enter and post financial transactions into Global Shop ERP/Accounting system
  • Cash and credit card reconciliations
  • Accounts Payable Duties include matching receivers to purchase order and finalizing invoices against receiver. Maintain monthly payables. Oversee AP check runs
  • Assist in monthly financial close process
  • Assist payroll, including maintaining time and expense records
  • Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
  • Perform all other office tasks

POSITION COMPETENCIES

  • Accounting/bookkeeping experience or pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Excellent team skills, positive attitude, and high ethical standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and commitment to quality of work
  • Strong computer skills and proficient in: Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
