Connect Staffing is looking for a dedicated Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a leading supplier company in Northwest Houston


Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm


Accounts Receivable Clerk Requirements


  • Must have at least one year of accounting experience
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism to all departments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in accounts receivable, billing, and collections is preferred.
  • Prior experience in roles such as a Billing Specialist, Collections Specialist, Finance Assistant or Accounts Payable Clerk is a big plus

Accounts Receivable Clerk Responsibilities


  • Upload invoices into 3rd party portals and email customers their invoices.
  • Maintain customer records in Microsoft Dynamics GP.
  • Review, reject, revise and resubmit invoices as needed.
  • Assist the Accounting department when needed by billing, processing credit card payments, gift card processing, and providing copies of invoices and credit references.


We're also hiring for forklift, cherry picker, welder, shipping and receiving, repair technicians, and lab technicians in the greater Houston area
