We are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator with a background in construction or related industry to join our team In this role, you will be responsible for receiving customer service orders, verifying the availability of applicable resources, and coordinating servicing schedules. We'll provide all the tools and training needed to excel in this role Apply Today

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and confirm servicing appointments.
  • Respond promptly to scheduling queries via email and phone.
  • Document scheduling process.
  • Participates in implementing and maintaining programs to enhance the employee experience, including benefits, compensation, employee engagement, professional development, retention, systems and training, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs, including but not limited to benefits and leave; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; recruitment; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • Prepares and delivers HR-related company communications and maintains HR pages of the company intranet.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.

Qualifications

  • 4 years of work experience as an Admin assistant
  • Experience with Quickbooks, DIR, LCPTracker, or similar certified payroll management programs
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of compensation strategy, performance management, employee relations, safety practices, and talent acquisition, and the ability to apply this information in a manner that is compliant with relevant employment law
  • Capable of compiling and analyzing employment data
  • Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration, and teamwork
