SCOPE OF WORK:

Call Taking, answering customer questions, and giving appropriate options to meet customer needs.

Scheduling and Dispatching: Coordinating service technicians is a significant part of this role.

Knowing each technician's abilities is vital so that we can provide our customers with the right technician for the right job.

We offer Home Services in Sacramento and surrounding areas. We are a small but well-organized company. Our team of experts goes the extra mile to ensure peak performance for our customers.

We are in a safe facility near White Rock & Sunrise Blvd. in Rancho Cordova.

 

DISPATCHER DUTIES: 

  • The ability to multi-task
  • Answer all incoming calls in a professional tone.
  • Answer --related questions from customers (some learning is required).
  • Enter customer information in our easy-to-use "fill in the blanks" system.
  • Schedule and dispatch our service pros daily.
  • Include notes in the job profile. Relay detailed and accurate information to the field team to provide an incredible customer experience.
  • Do both inbound and outbound phone calls.
  • Customer callback: We call each customer back to ask if they are happy with our service.

 

OTHER DUTIES: 

OPTION 1: The following may not be a job requirement. This qualification increases the salary offered for the position.

WAREHOUSE CONTROL: 

It's a small but organized warehouse; we call it our "convenience center."

· Re-order parts as needed to meet pre-determined inventory levels.

· Re-order water heaters as needed to meet pre-determined inventory levels.

· Receive shipments and check for accuracy.

· Re-stock organized parts bins and shelves.

 

OPTION 2: The following may not be a job requirement. This qualification increases the salary offered for the position.

VEHICLE MAINTENANCE: 

Schedule maintenance for each vehicle.

· Schedule maintenance as needed (the system is in place).

· Maintain washing and cleaning schedule on a rotating basis.

· Schedule vehicle smog testing requirements as needed.
