We are looking for the following required qualities in a potential applicant:
- 3 Years minimum Customer Service Experience
- Beauty Industry experience required with an active cosmetology license.
- Must have managed a customer service team previously
- Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
- Positive, Fun-loving Attitude
- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
- Confident Multi-Tasker
- Successful Conflict Resolution Skills
- Proficiency with Office Suite (Excel & Word required)
This position requires the following job duties:
- Manage a team of 3 Customer Service Specialists.
- Create genuine connections with our customers.
- Greet customers with strong enthusiasm and passion and ascertain problems or reason for calling.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, and customer issues
- Educate on company/product information, promotions and services provided.
- Troubleshoot issues with customers on performance, shipping/delivery and other requests
- Update customer account information.
- Resolve customer issues via phone and email.
- Be adaptable to computer technology to handle high call volumes.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and corporate policies.
This is a full-time, 40 hour per week in-office position. Work shifts are Monday through Friday during business hours.
We offer the following benefits:
- Medical, Dental, Vision, Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance. We pay 75% of Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance premiums, and 100% of LTD and Life Insurance premiums for employees.
- We offer two weeks (10 days) of vacation per year
- We also offer 6 days of sick/personal time per year
- Multiple paid holidays throughout the year.
- Monthly bonus potential after 90 days
