Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Providence Health & Service. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to patients, providers, health plans, and hospitals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding their health plans, benefits, and services.
  • Support the values of Providence Health & Service by demonstrating a commitment to excellence, compassion, and respect for all customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications.
