Responsibilities
- Analytics skills to track and interpret key performance metrics such as pipeline, coverage, ASV, etc. to assess the health of the business by working with finance, analysts, and sales operations teams worldwide.
- Prepare sales pipeline information for weekly RTB meetings by working with Sales Operation
- Lead creation of new offers and SKUs by working with cross-functional teams
- Lead Enterprise Trial Program
- Enable field and back office teams for new releases and offers
- 5-7 years of product marketing or go-to-market experience, especially in offer and SKU creation/implementation in the enterprise SaaS space.
- Hands-on ability to lead/manage complex, high-business impact, and cross-functional projects and deliver on time
- Ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization through relationship-building in a fast-paced, growth environment
- Strong problem-solving skills – proven ability to structure complex problems, develop and implement solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication - the ability to tell story to obtain consensus to drive tasks/projects
- Have experience working with field sales
- Self-starter, independent, proactive, results-oriented, hard worker, a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand, and a sense of humor.
