Role Description

We're seeking a self-starting, team-oriented, and passionate Product Marketing leader to own the GTM strategy for our cloud-based products. You'll be the voice of sales, translating the needs of our customers across marketing, sales enablement, product, and field teams. You'll impact a wide variety of initiatives that support pipeline generation and drive deals to close for our teams.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for navigating ambiguity, driving clarity, influencing, and potentially managing a team. You'll have demonstrable expertise in all areas of product marketing, including product positioning & messaging, planning and segmentation, customer & competitive intelligence, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy for our cloud-based products, aligning with global distribution leaders and driving marketing and sales alignment.
  • Build a product enablement strategy that effectively communicates the value proposition to sales and customers, driving repeatable sales plays and high-quality content.
  • Partner closely with the strategic events team to ensure our products show up effectively across 3rd party and proprietary events.
  • Lead your team to define differentiated, clear, and customer-centric narrative, value props, positioning, and messaging that drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Develop, package, and deliver relevant sales training material, making it easy for sales to understand our product offerings and drive growth.
  • Define and deliver thought leadership content, webinars, blogs, events, and case studies that drive the message and support marketing campaigns.
  • Confidently deliver presentations to audiences of all sizes, showcasing your expertise and influencing key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 9 years of experience in product marketing, sales, or go-to-market background, with a proven track record of driving growth and customer engagement.
  • Experience leading and inspiring a team of marketers, with a passion for innovation and customer-centricity.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to executive leaders, cross-functional partners, and customers.
  • Expertise in creating strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and aligning with global stakeholders.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making and set measurable marketing metrics.
  • Ability to strategize and craft compelling messaging and positioning for technology products.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with the Salesforce products and/or other SaaS and B2B technology platforms.
  • Get-it-Done confidence to pick up and lead new projects even in the face of ambiguity.
  • A winning attitude that inspires optimism, fun, and the desire to always be learning.
