Description

The Client Services Specialist provides excellent service, operation and sales support to our staff and clients. You will serve as the initial point of contact with responsibilities to assist clients with any investment and service-related needs, including investment order processing, account opening, questions, issues, problem resolution, and requests. You will also build relationships with peers, business partners (Sponsors), and colleagues to accomplish Courtlandt’s goals.

What You’re Good at

Attract Investors with Courtlandt’s client acquisition sales process

  • Establish rapport with Investors while sharing our mission, vision, and services
  • Gather data to qualify Investors for suitability and accreditation
  • Review and analyze data while providing Investors with educational materials
  • Present solutions to Investors that align with their goals and objectives

Engage Investors by providing an excellent client services experience

  • Assist with sales process with HubSpot’s sales tools
  • Open new client accounts and maintain existing accounts
  • Troubleshoot client service request with HubSpot service tools
  • Complete client and sales administrative and clerical activities for Courtlandt Teams
  • Train and mentor clients on how to efficiently use and apply Courtlandt tools

Delight Investors by managing and improving the client evangelist process

  • Manage revenue retention initiative with client evangelist program
  • Conduct account maintenance – daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly
  • Collaborate with teams to implement new platform features and service practices
  • Researching transaction inquiries, general product information, and data feed
  • Assist with generating reports using software such as but not limited to (HubSpot Reporting, Google Analytics, Excel, Power Point) as requested by other departments and clients

Collaborate with Courtlandt Teams to support and improve operations

  • Cross-train/support other team members with other teams to provide a consistent level of collaboration, especially during higher volume periods
  • Document and maintain client specific operations procedures as needed
  • Participate in departmental initiatives, delegated responsibilities, and new projects
  • Coordinate company meetings, gatherings and special engagements
  • Engaged with team, internal/external partners, drive the strategic vision of Courtlandt

What You're Qualified in

Required Licenses and Qualifications:

  • Must have the following Series 7 and 63, Life and Annuity Licenses (Active Status)
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience with the following:

o Client Service and Sales Support

o CRM Applications (client relationship management)

o eSignature Application

o Project Management Applications

These qualifications are a plus but not required:

  • HubSpot CRM software
  • DocuSign eSignature software
  • Asana project management software
  • Real Estate Agent or Broker License
  • DSTs, 1031 Exchanges
  • Certified Retirement Specialist
  • Certified Financial Planner
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues

Compensation and Benefits Package

  • You will receive a base salary: ($65-75K) Commensurate with experience, and;
  • Quarterly Bonus Package with;
