What we look for in this role:
- 4+ years experience as Project Manager within Multi-family and Commercial Construction.
- Experience with Stone, Drywall, and Stucco is a huge plus but not necessarily required
- Ability to lead a culture of Safety
- Financial reporting and forecasting.
- Negotiate and develop project budget
- Create and manage project schedule
- Secure vendors, procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
- Provide leadership and training.
- Visit work sites
- Perform project closeout, warranty and O&M submissions
- Secure permits
- Strong communication and relationship building skillset
- Bilingual
