  • Champion a safety culture, ensuring an injury-free environment through proactive oversight and personal commitment.
  • Assess project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful project delivery, making informed decisions to mitigate risks and optimize outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers for effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage project budgets, financial reporting, and forecasts to ensure accurate financial tracking and informed decision-making.
  • Create and manage project schedules, analyzing critical paths to ensure timely progress and efficient resource allocation.
  • Ensure materials, equipment, and labor are efficiently mobilized and meet high-quality standards, minimizing waste and maximizing value.
  • Prepare detailed project reports, including progress and financial updates, to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Conduct on-site inspections, manage punch lists, and coordinate safety walks and quality control meetings to ensure project quality and compliance.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior team members, overseeing various project activities and promoting professional growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of construction project management experience, especially in multi-family, commercial, or large campus projects.
  • Preferred experience with drywall, stone, and stucco, and certifications such as OSHA 30, CPR, and First Aid.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and OSHA certifications is preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
