Future Infrastructure LLC, a Primoris company, is seeking a Project Billing Coordinator for our San Antonio, TX location. The Billing Specialist will be responsible for the timely submission of all invoices to our customers via customer portal or email transmission.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review support documents and assist in the prepare invoices for construction and maintenance type projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing data
  • Assist in invoice entry into Viewpoint Vista following established guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and SOX controls
  • Timely submission of invoices to customer via customer portal or email transmission
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring timely payment from customers
  • Assist in responses to client inquiries regarding billing and payment
  • Assist in resolve billing issues, discrepancies, and rejected invoices in a timely manner by communicating with customers and internal stakeholder
  • Continuous interaction with mid-level and senior leadership
  • Collaboration with project managers, operations team, and Finance management

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Accounting preferred
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project or construction type billing
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with billing in ERP financial systems, such as SAP, JD Edwards, Viewpoint Vista or similar systems
