We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to drive marketing, audience development, customer insights and collaborate with dynamic event teams. This position is focused on the end-to-end marketing journey – working closely with marketing leadership to identify, grow and engage target audiences; develop and report on marketing plans and use data and customer insights to adjust, improve and deliver; partner with leadership, sales, customer support and industry partners to create an exceptional experience for our customers. In this role, you’ll be required to wear multiple hats as a strong project manager who can stay organized and prioritize tasks working on multiple energy sector tradeshow events.

How you'll make an impact:

This position reports to the Director of Marketing and works closely with Portfolio Event Leader and key brand stakeholders to align and execute marketing strategies and agreed-upon objectives for your assigned events.

· Create and execute all marketing activities including: communications, audience segmentation, campaign set-up, engagement and conversion tracking for both attendee and sponsor audiences.

· Copywriting, drafting, editing, and deployment of marketing communications (Emails, Digital Ad Campaigns, and Website)

· Ongoing website development, maintenance and editing (through CMS platform)

· Working in marketing automation platforms to deploy and monitor campaigns (eg. Pardot)

· Manage marketing budgets to set objectives

· Liaise with third-a party vendor to setup and manage Event registrations

· Liaise with attendees to assist with registration and general inquiries

· Collect and evaluate customer insights, campaign tracking and research to implement marketing plan alterations as needed

· Travel to assigned events to assist with registration and event management

The skills & experience you'll need:

  • - 3+ years’ experience in b2b marketing
  • - Experience in tradeshow or conference marketing
  • - Experiencing mangaging team and juggling multiple events at a time
  • - Strong project management skills
