This role combines a passion for hospitality with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all guests receive outstanding service, and that the spa environment is kept in line with Company standards.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Guide guests and traffic through spa experience.
  • Engage with guests, provide information, and answer guest questions.
  • Manage flow, efficiently helping guests with needs and directing as needed.
  • Check tidiness of spa areas with attention to detail as well as adherence with QC NY standards.
  • Notify manager on duty of any guest complaint.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Work to understand, meet, and exceed guest expectations/service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Open availability, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Must be willing to work as necessary in changing climate conditions.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Physical Demands: While performing these job duties, the employee is regularly required to see, talk, hear, and reach. The employee is regularly required to sit, walk, and stand for long periods of time. The employee is required to use dominant hand coordination for simple grasping, pushing/pulling, and fine manipulation. The employee is also required to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, bend, squat, kneel, and reach above shoulder level. The employee may be exposed to extreme temperatures, dust, dampness, and moving machinery. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
