  • File and maintain file system, original and electronic copies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ability to learn new systems
  • Knowledge of Construction Manager software
  • Prepare customer invoices
  • Enter Suppliers, Vendors and Credit Card bills in system
  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Prepare payroll
  • Working knowledge of standard office equipment, copiers, postage machines, scanners, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in an office environment; construction field is preferred but not required
  • At least 1 year or bookkeeping experience preferred
  • Hours either 7-4 or 8-5
