Job Summary:

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our most important clients. You’ll be the primary point of contact for these key accounts, ensuring their needs are met, their expectations are exceeded, and that our partnership grows stronger each day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all account-related matters.
  • Account Strategy: Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets for each key account.
  • Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products, and work to increase revenue from existing clients.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns promptly and effectively, and by providing exceptional service.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and client needs to provide insights and recommendations for product development and marketing strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales progress, and market feedback to senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment with client needs and expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus but not necessary.
  • Proven experience in account management or sales within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Vip is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience Selling to Quick Trip, Circle K, Absco, Frys and Other Chains.
  • Existing Relationship with National Distributors Ie Hensley, Sysco, Shamrock Etc.
  • Na Beverage Sales Experience 10 plus years
