We are actively seeking a PROJECT MANAGER for an immediate opening in our Chicagoland office, with HQ in Elgin, IL. The Project Manager will manage all project responsibilities efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Pre-construction
- Estimating
- Contract management
- Scheduling (ideally P6)
- Construction means and methods
- Cost control
- Payment processes
- Closeouts
Qualifications:
- Experience in heavy construction (bridge work/infrastructure/plant & process)
- Expertise from preconstruction to closeout
- Self-starter
- Strong team management skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Effective at delivering formal presentations
