Our Division Managers oversee the successful execution of multiple projects simultaneously and are proficient in all aspects of project management.

Path is seeking leaders who are self-driven and committed to cultivating the best project teams in the industry.

Key Responsibilities of Division Managers:

Regional Team Management:
- Develop and implement a regional business plan focused on growth and sustainability.
- Manage multiple project teams to ensure successful and profitable project delivery, including team member allocation and oversight.
- Oversee hiring responsibilities for regional personnel.
- Negotiate and review primary construction contracts.
- Participate in corporate reporting and strategic planning.
- Engage in pre-construction activities.

Business Development:
- Supervise pre-construction tasks such as vendor solicitation and pre-qualification, conducting pre-construction meetings, value engineering, and estimating.
- Review design documents to ensure completeness and accuracy of scopes, addressing design conflicts and missing information through pre-construction RFIs.
- Actively seek to retain both new and existing clients through industry networking and business development initiatives, alongside implementing customer retention strategies.
- Develop and lead processes that generate effective estimates to produce accurate and profitable proposals.

Procedural/Operations:
- Enhance and enforce process controls and procedures.
- Establish budget controls and take responsibility for profit and loss.
- Analyze and mitigate project risks.
- Manage project scheduling, including pre-construction activities.
- Oversee project claims and their resolution.
- Facilitate purchasing and issuance of subcontracts and purchase orders.
- Manage project controls related to safety, quality, client relations, and profitability.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in building and construction management.
- A degree in engineering or construction management is preferred.
- Proficiency in estimating, scheduling, cost control, and financial reporting.
- OSHA Site Safety experience is required.
- Proven experience across multiple asset classes within the construction sector.
- Expertise in pre-construction standards and procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of building systems and assemblies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Sage, Primavera, and MS Project.
- A strong work ethic and a desire to collaborate in a team environment to foster company growth.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
