Responsibilities:

  • Receipt, Storage, Issuance and Movement of products, supplies and other materials and equipment maintained in the warehouse according to established policies and procedures.
  •  Perform shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, and stocking materials.
  •  Unloading & loading trailers using material handling equipment.
  •  Compare identifying information and counts, weigh or measure items against packing list.
  •  Receiving parts and materials into computer systems
  •  Receives product into warehouse and prepares receiving reports.
  •  Maintaining Computerized MRP Inventory and Work Order System.
  •  Timely and accurate stocking, protection and preservation of materials received.
  •  Cycle counting of inventory.
  •  Monitoring availability of Floor Stock materials.
  •  Stocking parts in proper and appropriate locations.
  •  Double-checking complete warehouse orders for accuracy.
  •  Maintaining parts and equipment in storage.
  •  Administering Shelf-Life program.
  •  Ensure stock is available as needed by Production Associates and other IS&S employees with a spirit of cooperation and urgency.
  •  Filling parts requisitions for shop and customer orders, while interfacing with computer systems to locate parts and materials.
  •  Kitting of work orders for production and prototype builds.
  •  Issuing material under Material Requisitions and in process work order shortages.
  •  Accurately picking customer orders for shipments.
  •  Ships product out of warehouse and prepares shipping paperwork.
  •  Verify and keep records on outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment.
  •  Affix shipping labels on packed cartons.
  •  Produce labels for internal boxes;Pack containers, using protective materials.
  •  Post weights and shipping charges. Using UPS; FedEx; and Other Freight Carriers online shipping systems to process shipping requirements.
  •  Maintaining Shipping Logs and other data records.
  •  Expediting customer orders.
  •  Prompt handling of customer service requests, such as quick shipment of orders and dealing with order changes.
  •  Counts customer rejects and returns.
  •  Moving materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas.
  •  Communicating with all other IS&S staff.
  •  Performing necessary housekeeping duties in order to maintain a clean, safe & organized working environment.
  •  Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
  •  Using our Inventory System(s); checking stock, looking up orders, & stock receipts.
  •  Using Microsoft Office programs, as necessary.

Qualifications:
 High School diploma or equivalent.
 Five (5) years of materials handling or manufacturing experience preferred.
 Data entry/computer knowledge.
 Experience with ISO 9000.
 Ability to lift up to 40#.
 Capable of reading small print.
 Shift varies between standing, walking, reaching, sitting, bending and lifting
